Organized by the "Movimento Turismo del Vino" this annual event at its 19 edition, takes place on the 31st May and sees wine producers from all over Italy, opening up their cellar doors to the visiting public. The event seeks to bring wine lovers and the general public closer to the wine producers. This year more than 800 wine cellars will open their doors! Enjoy!



Il 29 maggio torna cantine Aperte!

Da ben 19 anni, nell’ultima domenica di maggio, le cantine socie del Movimento Turismo del Vino aprono le proprie porte al pubblico, favorendo un contatto diretto con gli appassionati del vino.
L’interesse verso l’evento è cresciuto notevolmente di anno in anno ed ha attirato sempre più l’attenzione di turisti e residenti, incuriositi dalla manifestazione ma soprattutto desiderosi di fare un’esperienza di grande valore culturale e umano.

Protagonisti i giovani

Dalle presenze registrate nelle ultime edizioni risulta evidente che sono soprattutto i giovani, da soli, in coppia o in comitive, che vivono Cantine Aperte, contribuendo ad animare le innumerevoli iniziative di cultura gastronomica ed artistica che fioriscono attorno all’evento, su iniziativa degli stessi vignaioli in tutto il Paese.

I numeri
Oltre ottocento cantine aperte e un milione di enoturisti. Queste sono le cifre sorprendenti dell’ultima edizione di Cantine Aperte, che dimostrano senza ombra di dubbio il successo della manifestazione e la correttezza della strada intrapresa dal Movimento. Un successo crescente dovuto al coinvolgimento di tutto il territorio nazionale ed alla conseguente consapevolezza dei produttori stessi che, con il passare del tempo, hanno visto svilupparsi potenzialità di accoglienza inattese.

Il 31 ottobre e l'1 novembre 2010, a Orvieto si svolge festa Castagne, mosto e musica. Appuntamento in Piazza della Repubblica, sabato a partire dalle ore 14.00 fino alle 20.00 mentre domenica dalle ore 10.00 alle 20.00, con la XVIII edizione di Castagne, mosto e musica. Manifestazione enogastronomica dedicata ai tipici prodotti autunnali con degustazione di castagne e mosto, mercatino dei prodotti tipici e dell'artigianato e intrattenimento musicale. Organizzazione a cura dell'Associazione Amici del Quartiere Medievale.
